Patio Gas Grill- Excellent Outdoor Dining

The first thing people will tell you about a gas barbeque grill is that it heats faster, cooks faster and it cooks more thoroughly and efficiently than if that meat is cooked on a regular, charcoal burning grill.

You don’t have to wait for it to warm up. You push the button or turn a dial and poof, instant heat for grilling on your patio.

And the truth is, if you are cooking on your patio and you have a wooden deck for your floor, you are probably way better off with a patio gas grill than with a charcoal one because you don’t risk dropping a hot cola onto your deck.

People just love gas grills. And when you can find the right one for your patio like one of the 30 inch natural gas ones from the Alfresco company with two high-temp stainless steel main burners racking up a whopping 55,000 BTUs,  and simple to operate push button ignition like you can get from Cooking.com, you have got a winner on your hands.

Some folks hate trying to light a charcoal grill with a lighter only to find it won’t light, and it does take an awfully long time to heat. But then again, some people out there say they can taste the difference in the meat cooked with a gas barbeque grill and they prefer regular charcoal any day.

Not me, I really dislike the taste of the starter fluid and I have never been able to cook a meal on a charcoal grill without tasting the starter fluid. Heck I can even taste it when I use one of those electric starters for the charcoal. Even though I know I didn’t use any.
